During your scheduled session, we incorporate the use of an inversion therapy table, which is situated in your own private room. We set the table based on your individual height and needs and help you in. The table is then inverted at an angle to help circulate more blood, oxygen and nutrients to your brain and to help alleviate pressure on the body. The use of the inversion table has been reported to benefit the circulatory system and help detoxify the organs. The increase in the blood flow to the heart and extremities helps the fluids flow more easily and promotes a healthy exchange of nutrients while flushing out toxins and helping to eliminate waste.
According to the Mayo Clinic, inversion therapy helps to stretch the spine, decompress the spine and provide relief from back pain.
